I'm glad someone posted this... Bethesda has recently announced that they are working on two cellphone Elder Scrolls games, and in my opinion it at least is a slightly positive indication that someday there could be a chance of a PDA game set in the ES universe.
I would like to suggest that anyone that was interested in this idea should go to the new official forum for the ES cellphone games and post in this PDA-related thread. The more voices that ask for this, the better chance it would be considered.
