OK... this is really scary now. After reading 5 pages of the "Lethal Cradle" thread, my joy of ordering a new X50V is now gone. Who knows... I may also fry my PC or laptop if connected via USB.

Here are couple of newbie questions. Please note that I dont know what's in the package and how things are connected to and from the cradle...
1. Is there a way to "completely" avoid USB syncs? WiFi and/or Bluetooth? I assume these will work, as long as the "host" computer has the connection capability.
2. The X50 will be charged on the cradle regardless of whether it is connected to a USB port or not, right?
3. How about the initial sync. Can that be done with WiFi and/or Bluetooth?
I am trying to figure out whether I can just designate the cradle as a simple "charger" and find some other means to sync with the PC rather than the USB port. My DELL PC is not under warranty anymore and I dont want to try explain to tech support that my little X50V fried my PC.
