Thanks for the reply... I will "try" not to worry about it when it arrives here :)

Here is another question. There are no available "on board" USB connections left on my PC. However, there is one on the front face of the case and 4 more on the 1703FP monitor. Should I use the ones that are on my LCD to connect the X50v? If something is going to fry, I'd much rather have that to be the monitor, since it has 2 more years warranty on it... Since I believe the USB connections on the monitor are like a powered hub, it may also help the situation (or not).
The "adventure" started even before the unit arrived here :)
