It sounds like an old file that would have been in the desktop folder created when you established your first partnership. From what you've posted, I'm assuming that you have restored the old partnership and that the missing file was in My Documents or similar on the Axim. When you reset, the file would have been deleted.
Use Windows Explorer to view any files in the Pocket_PC My Documents folder on your Windows desktop.
The Odyssey Client is a program for enabling secure network connections using different authentication protocols, I recommend that you leave it where it is.
