anyways i have noticed that peps in canada have a good experience with them. Does anyone know where tiger is headquartered? where it started?

I used to buy from them when they were a strict catalog company. If I remember correctly they are headquartered in FL.
I believe that if its a refurb unit, it should state so in BIG LETTERS in the title, not buried in some fine print in ********** that you have to read through.
All they have to say is "Refurb Dell Axim x50V". Then I can decide if I need to read any further. I've gone to sites and read through the entire page to find that its a refurb and ticks me off having to waste all that time.
Granted, its the same BS that car companies use when they lease you a car. They give you the monthly payments in big bold letters but the fine print (e.g. down payment, finance charges, etc) is so small you need a magnifying glass to see.
