with out the source code it is near impossible to port the game to windows mobile.
the warcraft port uses source code from the open source project wargus not the original warcraft2 source code (

unless there is a "free" starcraft project out there or someone can get blizzard to release the source, I doubt we will see a port of starcraft anytime soon
