ATI may have some stuff like demos that are exclusive, but both chips support OpenGL ES and DX so any program made for those two standards should work on either device.
How much processing power and ram the program will require will be more important, but the Intel chip is pretty damn nice if someone with decent fundage had an incentive to develope for it.
PPC gaming is a wasteland at this point and hopefully we'll see a change when more devices have OpenGl ES and DX mobile support.
PPC gaming will be ripe for great games and eventually it will come, but it ain't coming quickly (like I thought it would along with more 3d chips in PPCs that haven't materialized).
