Go with the Dell 20.1" monitor. The response time is amazing for the size (in this price range at least) of this monitor. The black levels are great on it, as well as the colors being very accurate. The stand is pretty nice too, as far as adjustability goes.

I don't have one personally, but have seen one in action. I've been keeping my eye on it for awhile, but have other priorities right now financially. I don't think you'd be disappointed though!
