Depending on the version of various software (and I'm not sure if it is the oS on the pPC or on your PC), you may need to download R55367.exe", from HERE.

Before installing it, unplug the Axim from the cable and go into the control panel system and delete the mobile device from your PC. Install before reconnecting the PPC.
