also, HDD in the LifeDrive is simply a CF-based microdrive (of course, our Ax can simply handle) - this was proven when somebody took apart his LD...
Palm is
not innovating - what they basically do is "steal" ideas... cant be helped - they've already lost their creativity... and that is one of the reasons for the
re-merger of PalmSource and PalmOne...

if Sony didnt leave the market (due to internal bickerings since they wanted to pursue what has the most money - the PSP) - then Palm would still play catchup...
