Mobility Site - View Single Post - Delete email from Outlook won't trigger sync!

Mine won't delete even after sitting there for hours. Plus, my Axim is pretty much bone-stock so this can't be a 3rd party application issue. I'm probably overreacting, but it just blows my mind that we're on version 3.8 of ActiveSync and something as fundamental and basic as this exists...
