You have to pay for the program. you can download the odyssey client for pocket pc at
www.funk.com dell did not seem to care when i called about why they ship an outdated version of odyssey installed. You can try and call dell and see what they can do, but you will likely have to pay the 50 bucks to funk at
www.funk.com
