i can't remove mp3's from my documents or active sync. get error message says "Cannot Delete_filex_Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected & the file is not in use." tried tech support, no help, tried to do hard reset... it did not work! help please!
PS why won't my pc hard reset?
