I would suggest the "Misc. Info" contain TYPE of original video (DVD, captured video, brodacast TV, VHS tape, etc. and type of capture device (if applicable).
I tried something similar on one of my first
examples of Axim video. It's a 3 minute - 7 mb file of Columbia's (unknown at the time) final launch.
