The BEL Vector 940, however, picks up on them WAY in advance....sometimes even like a minute before I get to the trooper. You can check out some "unsolicited" reviews of radar detectors at RadarTest. Just look at how much better the sensitivity is on the BEL detectors than on any other brand.
