I am looking into purchasing GPS software for my X50v. I am really considering either OCN5, TomTom, or Iguidance. I would really like to have the option to load up sections of the US or at times maybe the entire US. For instance if I am traveling from Florida to Maine, I don't want to have to plan my trip out into sections or regions. I know that OCN5 had the seamless US option, but, to me, $180 is a lot to spend right now.

I was reading somewhere that TomTom 5 just released an update with a seamless US option. Can anyone confirm this.

Also, what about Iguidance. Does their maploader allow you to pick the states/regions you want and it will stitch/seam them together so you don't have to switch regions in the middle of your trip??

Also, something else of importance to me is POI. Which one of these would probably have the best POI database??
