Great article, I bookmarked it for future reference. My fav PPC adventure game to date is Gilbert Goodmate. It is an old school Sierra adventure with good to OK voice acting. Fade is not so hot on my list because I am not into text adventures. I started to play Atlantis Redux but was quickly disappointed by the graphics (indistinguishable icons and details), character navigation, and (poor) voice acting. Egyptian Prophecy is one of the better more recent games for the PC. If I replay it I may do so on the PPC.
I have not yet tried ScummVM either but seem to recall that Broken Sword I and II run well. When I have the time (never?) I shall give this a try. Being able to replay Grim Fandango or Monkey Island on the PPC would be a real treat, too.
Having just followed your Egyptian Prophecy link I saw on the tetraedge.com site that the PPC version of Return to Mysterious Island is announced for release this month. That is exciting news (to me) because Return to Mysterious Island has a high replay quotient. I would not mind replaying it n more times on the PPC while traveling.
Until then I think I may give Deja Vu I & II a try. Thanks again.
