Hi there, only 2 days into Axim ownership - my first PDA - and I'm still mokeying around with the basics - just experimenting and getting a feel for things. I figure I'll sample all sorts of stuff and end up doing a hard reset to start from fresh once I have a clue.

One thing I did want to ask about was music applications. One of the apps I stumbled upon is the Clanger Theremin - this is extremely cool and right up my alley. I can't say how much I love this thing - it's reminds me of the old Amiga Musical Mouse program. The home page for it seems to be gone. Does anyone know any more about this program? It's pretty intuitive but it would be good to know if it's still undergoing development.

I'm also looking for any kind of music applications, little synths, or sequencers. I'd love to get an ABC player - (ABC is a type of musical notation in plain text that plays midi instruments from the soundcard).

This sort of brings up the question of what kind of sound ability does the Axim have? I don't expect it to be on a par with a dedicated sound chip on a soundcard with wavtables etc. but it would be cool if would be cool to use it as a midi controller. Anything innovative out there in this way, like some kind of CF midi card or something?
