There's no such thing as too much horsepower if your driving ability is up to the task I generally prefer the smaller engines, though. I'm not a drag-race type guy. Straight line is for fast cars... corners are for fast drivers ! I've put far more $$ into my suspension than into my motor

Why carry the weight of a V8 and the inherent unbalance in the car when you can get the same power from a smaller forced induction engine? There's a couple guys I know in town with 400+ HP Talons.
