"Dialed: #777
Cannot connect for an unknown reason. To check your connection settings"
I also have another message which says, "Unable to connect. You may have lost network connectivity."
My cradle connects to my PC via USB. When I place the Axim on the cradle, I get some sounds from the PC. The actual connection appears good, but the Axim and the PC cannot see each other.
Can anyone help?

Is your craddle connected via USB hub? Sounds a little like you've got a bad connection.
I'd also suggest that you try "Get Connected" (in activesync) and see what happens.
