I can tell you for certain that you will not be able to easily switch between using a BT Headset on your Axim to your cell phone. Also it is my opinion that using the Axim as an MP3 player while riding is a poor choice. I'd hate to take a spill with the Axim or damage it in any other way. Plus it's hard to switch tracks with gloves on :)
