Have you tried I.C.B.M. for Pocket PC? It's a Missle (sp?) Command clone and I think the ARM freeware version is only available from a French site but it does Missle Command justice.

The trial version of Atomic Cannon for PPC could be worth your time as well if you're into blowing stuff up games. ;)
