SD card says system directory?
Hello everyone;
I'm hoping someone can help and this is the right forum.
Here's the deal. I have about 10 files on my SanDisk 128 SD card that are showing up as a row of 7 clear blocks/boxes. When I go to delete them, Pocket Word kicks back that they are "system directories" and deleting them may mean that my device or some of its programs may not work properly anymore.
When I open the files in PW, there is nothing there. I didn't create any directories on my card which is used to simply keep letters, notes, memo, etc. The directories don't have a name, just a row of these strange blocks/boxes. And I don't remember creating any system directories (a bit beyond my expertise at this time) and certainly not on a relatively small SD card.
I was using the TO Stowaway keyboard in PW and went to save a short letter that I was going to print later when it told my my SD card was full. Of course I wanted to know why since I don't have that much on the card to begin with. That's when I saw about 12 of these strange folders with the blocks/boxes. I deleted two of them
Now I don't know what to do.
Has anybody seen theses before and know what they are or can I safely delete them to get my space back?
Thanks in advance.
