sure, i do all the time. i have a usb2 tv tuner for my desktop. i usually capture the tv shows using the schedule program that came with my tuner (compro videomate action) to high bitrate mpegs then run them through windows media encoder to take them down to a good pocket pc size and bitrate. you could always capture the video in a pocketpc format but then you dont have a dvd quality version and it would make too much sense
. once you get it encoded all you have to do is copy the wmvs to your sd card and off you go. i would reccomend a card reader for this last step. if you are in the market for a desktop tuner i would reccomend newegg. they are the only company i have found with the compro tuners and they also have a good selection of other tuners.
