[Somewhat Snooty, but really just well meaning non-confrontational Socialist Canadian Mode]
I find your plight somewhat laughable, but I don't mean it as insult. It just seems a little trivial is all. I don't know if everything down there has Spanish on it, but up here eveything has French and English on it. I don't mind at all. Since I live in an English speaking area labels have French first and then English, perhaps it is same in the French part of Canada, named "Québec", I pronounce it like "Key-Beck" myself.
Like I said I don't really mine, there was a fiasco a few years back in Quebec about signs having a large French and small English. So it's not as if we don't have language problems aswell. Leads me to something I don't care much for, some Americans who I've talked to, who reek of Anti-Nationalism about how different Canada is and how much better it is. None of them have ever been here, and there not right. Hey it's not like our farts smell like fresh baked bread, thats a whole other story though.
I may of implied that Anti-Nationalism is bad. I don't mean to imply that Nationalism is a good thing. You really need a balence. You don't exactly want rampant Nationalism, I don't need to remind anyone last time that happened.
I'm incredibly off topic, so I'm going to wrap this up. I may or may not have made a point, and if I didn't then I'm sorry, I'm just in no mood to articulate.
I didn't mean to offend anybody and I hope that I don't.
