Georgia is very hispanic. Dalton, Ga (north) is the carpet capital of the US, and the workforce is very predominately hispanic. Also, the majority of the construction workers in metro Atlanta are hispanic -- many illegals. It's been stated that if the INS were to crack down on illegals, the housing construction business would come to a grinding halt.
I have no problem with hispanic community. Generally are a very proud and hard-working people.
I do agree with JMJ that English should be first.
I am pushing my 13-year old daughter to become bilingual (Spanish) to GREATLY improve her value to future employers. :approve:
