This is what I did without any problem:
1. cleaned the screen with lint-free cloth;
2. blew away any dust with a blower (the kind that cleans camera lens);
3. peeled the protection film of the screen protector half-way, held the protector on the edge, never touch the surface, not yet;
4. blew again in case any dust landed on the screen, kept the protector in a distance when doing so to avoid the blown up dust landed on the protector surface
5. lined up the protector on one end of the screen, let the protector adhere to the screen little-by-little;
6. from the top, used finger to brush the part already on the screen to push air bubble out, push towards the other end (you can touch the protector surface now, from the top) and little-by-little peel of the protection film while progressing.
7. Done, no dust, no bubble.

Hope it helps.
