Well you could use a bit of blu tack to stick the extra card in, or just take 1 extra card on your travels, or make ypourself some extra pouches as one user on here did with his PDair case.

Blue Tack might be a viable option, but I'm still curious why you can find the
regular hard cases (not extended batt) with 2 SD slots, but not
extended cases. Weird.
