Yes Dell is so serviceminded so they decided that the upgrade is only for the US-people, the rest of the world is not that important, so they can continue to run wm2003se.

we will see how long it takes to grab the iso on a torrent site. the kicker is i would have bought the upgrade had it been available on dell.ca
are they going to sell new x50vs here in canada with se ? this sounds absurd
i need the new os to test software on. i guess im lucky HP is offering the upgrade on my hx2755 here in canada. DELL always fails to impress hopefully this "rumor" of a US only upgrade is not true.
