Mobility Site - View Single Post - Please help. Can't CONNECT. I have tried everything...

I have gone through the directions.

I turn on my PC.

After it is on and functioning, I place my Axim in the cradle.

The Axim screen lights up, but the ActiveSync icon in my tray doesn't react.

If I manually turn on ActiveSync, the box says NOT CONNECTED.

When I try "Get Connected", I get the proper box that ends up telling me that Com 1 and Com 3 are available, and the USB is available. But that's the end of it. No error messages.

This unit worked fine until all of a sudden it quit. I keep it in a metal case and it is well protected.

Any ideas?
