Though Window Mobile 5.0 w/Direct3D... who know's we may be able to get a port alot faster than what i think ;)!

It would probably be easier to use OpenGl-ES than Direct3D-mobile because Quake 3 uses OpenGL so I imagine the functions would be more similar.
I thought the PowerVR MBX and PowerVR2 were equal? I haven't looked at the specs but a chip that was dubbed a "dreamcast on a chip" included a PowerVR MBX chip. From what I've seen they both claim 3 million polygons/second.
