This program will help. Total Commander for PPC 2.0. You'll see the real file extensions then. If you're trying to use PC logic on your PPC you'll need to be able to see things like that. This is not an easy OS to tweak without that at the very least.

Anyway... you can delete that folder. It will be recreated the next time you get an e-mail attachment. :)
