Oooo..... That's a major point there for windows mobile 5. Seriously, what would dell support do without the ability to tell their customers to do a hard reset.

Im guessing they will find a way to partition the BIS "hard drive" so that that part is affected by the hard reset, while the rest of it is untouched. Otherwise they could formulate a fast reflash method that acts as a hard reset.
