On the Pocket PC I am using
Pocket Feed and on the desktop I primarily use
SharpReader.
SharpReader seems to use a lot of IE dependencies, which I would assume is why it doesn't argue at all about displaying full website content inside the feed, but Pocket Feed's XML parser is pretty finicky.
