Everything so far has been QVGA. Overnight I'll be encoding a 2 hour VGA for the first time to just under 1GB. I assume TCPMP can deliver VGA. (?)
I'll benchmark the results, and judge whether I need to go larger. I've got 2GB cards that read more than fast enough do deliver the data...

Just under 1GB for 2 hours of VGA is almost overkill for fullscreen, let alone widescreen/letterbox. I encode my movies at 475MB, fullscreen or no.
