Hi, I've tried the company for this and they answered my first email and haven't help me resolve my problem at all. I purchased snoopsoft dashboard. I can view it ok when I use the DEFAULT SKIN. When I try to use any other skin whatsoever it views all screwed up on my screen taking up just the upper left hand 1/4 of the screen. Very strange. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many, many times but this is a continuing problem. It's not much good if I can't seek out and use alternative skins for the program.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it? Since I can't seem to get satisfaction from Snoopsoft I would appreciate any help. Thanks martimom
