I've made a new minor update to bring Playlist Editor up to version 1.4
The only change in this version is that now Playlist Editor will try to open a file specified on the commandline.
I made this change to support opening playlists using the OpenWith utility on my website, discussed here

This also means that you could associate playlist files with Playlist Editor (but not likely desireable since you want a media player to open them.)
