For anyone waiting, I apologise for the delay in the new version. This is for three reasons:

I haven't had much free time lately.
Alan Birtles is releasing a new version of his XMLTV Grabber soon, which should solve the problem of the imcompatible xml encoding.
I've changed the viewer from an xml-based system to a database-oriented one. It will only use the xml file to import the data into a database. This will happen only when it detects a new xml file. This should speed up the listings retrieval, even when there are a lot of channels to choose from.
