yesterday,
i got curious and took out the battery on the axim by using the stylus to move that sliding thing to unlock the battery.
When i put the battery back on, i found out that, the axim wont load, and was stuck on the blue dell logo picture. So i did a soft reset then it said "to erase all data hit this button and to cancel hit this button", i hit cancel of course then it was still stuck on the blue dell picture. So i took out the battery and then put it back in, and found out that ive loss all my data, and the axim did a hard reset. But good thing i did a backup one hour before this happened.

So, in summary, how would you take the battery out for cleaning purposes or to change it without having all data loss.
