I just received my Axim x50v with Windows Mobile 2003 SE and will be receiving the Mobile 10 OS in October or November when it is released. I want to know that when I use ActiveSync to backup my PDA it's actually backing up the files, third party software, and OS. Is this true about ActiveSync? Will it backup the OS, files, including any Dell applications as well that came with it?

If I don't like Mobile 10 and want to roll back to the 2003 SE I want to be sure I can reinstall the older OS WITH any Dell applications it had on it.

Lastly, where would I get a copy of the Dell applications that are installed on my x50v if they don't reside on the 2003 SE CD (i.e. Dell WLAN Utility)?
