www.ontoptv.com and
www.tfn.com both offer some streaming, but nothing too exciting. if you have broadband at home, check out snapstreams BeyondTV, and you can stream from your own tv tuner card, from your home. (nothing beats having cable tv anywhere you can get internet access.)
