Just delete this folder/key and it will remove the plugin from your list of available plugins. If you have already lost a plugin from installing too many uninstall till you regain all your plugins first, then delete the keys for any plugins you do not wish to have available, then install the additional plugins you want.
The limit is on how many are installed including the ones that come with the OS, as far as I know you could have all 13 running at the same time as long as you have enough ram for it though I have never tried this myself.
