Well as the thread name implies :) what music format do ya'll use to play your music? I convert and play my music as Windows Media Audio files. The main reason is because 64Kbps on WMA doesn't realy sacrifice sound quality for space.
As for video I use WMV and Windows Media Encoder. The quality isn't very good but having Windows Media Encoder saves me the trouble of converting videos so they actually play on my PDA. MP4s, AVIs take up a lot of space and using WME to encode my video files to WMV nearly shaves off half the file size.
