I also believe replacements will be kept at a minimum, except for the occasional user that will say "it's broke and I don't know why", even though it was dropped, and most of us do this if it happens.
I believe dell makes a great product, and I hope everyone's experiences show this, despite minor problems.

but a 'problem' as the question is set could be anything from 'it is on fire' to 'i put it down and can't remember' or even 'i ran a bit of software on it that didn't work' or 'it electrocuted my cat'.
