40iplay. I've put 40,000 tunes in it. Takes about 20 seconds to start up though. For the usual count, it's ready to play in 2 seconds from a dead start. Here's a pic or two (I put a few here but get it's always a drag having to resize them to fit the too-small limits here):

Best of all, it blows the doors off any iPod as far as sound performance goes -- it makes an iPod sound like your father's AM radio.
