I call the support people in Latin America, and after a while they mentioned that the upgrade to Mobile 5.0, if you are an owner of X50, you can download it for free, the $39 are only if you want it on a CD. I am not sure about It, but after talñking with a supervisor, she said that; I will call her back in October to find out if this was true or not, I hope it was
