Mobility Site - View Single Post - How to format Built-In-Storage?

I've used File Explorer, Resco File Explorer and Total Commander. I made sure to delete all files, including hidden files. It still shows 1Mb free and over 20Mb used. It definitely won't let me copy any file bigger than 1Mb.
