The ones from Hpcalc.org worked fine for me. The Wombat file is a KLM file which is a text file which defines the keyboard and the image used. You can find many at Hpcalc.org for the pocket pc.

Yes, you do need a copy of the calculator rom which you intend to emulate. HP has released some of these to the public and just about all the available roms can be downloaded at Hpcalc.org.

Yes you need a KLM script which I think stands for "Keyboard Language Module" but I could be wrong. This defines how the calculator displays.
