You know what's funny? I just talked to Mr. Cecil/John this week too!! I've been trying to get support for my x50v, and the contract service issues related to Dell Outlet purchases are nightmarish to say the least, but that's a story for another post. Anyway, I remembered raising an eyebrow about the two names too, why not just pick one? Surely the chat program could be configured to display whichever name he chose?
