"LspFix".
and move the dll from the "Keep" list to the "Remove" list,
press finish, reboot, and ActiveSync is on the road again!

Hmmmmm.....itīs gotta be that. Im going crazy trying to sync,but I thought it couldnīt be Panda because I had it turned off, and the XP SP2 firewall turned off too......
Iīve downloaded the LspFix and Iīll try tonight....
